People say the New Orleans tragedy springs from multiple roots- inept leaders, racism, CO2, loss of wetlands, lack of common sense, poverty, developers, the oil industry, civil engineers, and God's punishment for sexual licentiousness.Tragedy has many progenitors.

As a result of this photo plus comment, I went to find out who Wayne Newton is, and in fact to hear some of his singing and read something of his biography.
