Street Trees
My town, Charlottesville had a street tree plan in 1975. It was never implemented. I don't know the details of street tree planting in Providence, RI, but they have made an effort and the results are beautiful.

That's a beautiful streetscape. I noticed that the trees don't look as though they've been topped even though there are aboveground lines. What would we have to do in VA to stop this harmful practice?
