Emma is back from Senegal, on the cover of the Sun this month.
Founded in 1974, The Sun is a non-profit, ad-free monthly magazine that publishes an eclectic mix of personal essays, fiction, interviews, poetry, and photographs.

What is the history of this girl ant the photo? I came across it a while ago and found it so intriguing, I had to paint it. The contrasts are wonderful. I found your blog today and there it was again....hhhm haunting

Wow...! I used to subscribe to the Sun years back, and have thought of subscribing again. Great magazine, and thoughtful use of photography as well. Congratulations!
