Cute

My favorite place to photograph is the Northern Neck of Virginia. In Virginia, the southern shore of the Northern Neck, bounded by the Rappahannock River, was the residential place of choice for native Americans. Europeans favored the northern edge along the Potomac. Time passes. The oyster and crab fisheries fail, but the land remains, relatively undisturbed.
Ah, but that was yesterday.
The Northern Neck recently has acquired a WalMart on the eastern end of the peninsula in Kilmarnock.
And now, the cute, Disney-esque mindset is starting to get traction. A giant cork-screw. Cute...

Photos of the Northern Neck here and here.
